There are 5 elements in many philosophies and traditions around the world. Jirawatn, then described this piece of artwork by using theory of five elements as applied to color selections and material, creating contrast with warm and cold color. The design is made up of some combination of Post-modernism and Bas-Relief technique of art.

A form of sculpture where the design and image were well-balanced and harmonized together with those 5 elements. Jirawatn strived to express a feeling of modern art by using small thousands pieces of art glass to cover all over three sides of the wall. With special artglass technique of hand-crafted, fused, casted, and kiln formed glass technique, were applied here. Separate glass layers are fused together under the temperature of 800 (c) degree still all layers are completely conjoined into a single piece of artwork as per designed.

The combination of these five elements of glasswork design which bring superior spirituality in one life according to Asian’s belief, in the form of “Post-modernism” is then so-called a Masterpiece of Jirawatn as the design and technique has been characterized in terms of art as objects and nature belief matters. This piece of work will also be last forever as other masterpieces of Jirawatn.

พลังของ 5 ธาตุ ดิน น้ํา ลม ไฟ ทอง แนวคิดเรื่องธาตุทั้ง 5 คุณจิรวัฒน ได้ออกแบบโดยการใช้ รูปแบบ ฟอร์มที่บ่งบอกสถานะความเป็นธาตุของแต่ละธาตุ ใช้สีสันที่สดใส ตัดกันด้วยวรรณะร้อนและเย็น ให้ผสมผสานสอดคล้องกัน อย่างกลมกลืน และที่สําคัญมีความเป็นเอกภาพ โดยภาพธาตุทั้ง 5 ออกแบบโดยนำแนวคิด 2 เรื่องมาทํางานร่วมกันคือ นํางานประติมากรรมนูนต่ํา และงานจิตรกรรมในแบบ Post modernism มาใช้ในชิ้นงานเดียวกัน คุณจิรวัฒน เรียกเทคนิคใหม่นี้ว่า จิตรกรรมนูนต่ํา (bas-relief painting) นําแก้วทั้งหมดมาตัดด้วยมือทีละชิ้น ทีละชิ้น กว่า 1,000 ชิ้น ครอบคลุมผนังตึกทั้ง 3 ชั้น จากนั้นนําแก้วทั้งหมดมาเผาหลอมตามแบบ กําหนดรูปแบบของพื้นผิว สร้างรูปแบบด้วยมือในแต่ละรูปแบบ เพื่อให้ได้ความงามที่แตกต่างในแต่ละชิ้น ทุกชิ้นผ่านกระบวนการหลอมด้วยอุณหภูมิ กว่า 800 องศาเซลเซียส เพื่อให้แก้วหลอมจนเกิดรูปร่าง พื้นผิว ตามรูปแบบที่เรากําหนด ด้วยเทคนิค kiln formed glass (เทคนิคการทำแก้วที่มีมานานในยุโรป เป็นวัฒนธรรมในการสร้างศิลปะแก้วในยุโรป ที่มีการหลอมแก้วเพื่อให้เกิดรูปแบบเฉพาะ) เพื่อให้ได้ความงามและมีความหมายอันเป็นมงคล ในรูปแบบ Post modernism ที่ดูทันสมัย ไปตลอดกาลแม้วันเวลาจะผ่านไป
